Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University in 2020 and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2022. To further his professional development, Justin completed the medical acupuncture program at McMaster University and concussion management level 1 and 2 courses from Concussion Rehab Works Inc.

Justin has experience training high-level athletes and treating clients in the intensive care unit, post-surgical unit, acquired brain injury unit, and numerous private physiotherapy clinics. With an extensive orthopaedic and strength and conditioning background, Justin offers a one-on-one personalized treatment that focuses on manual therapy, exercises, and education to help his clients recover from their injuries and return to the activities they love.

In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, running, and playing hockey. Justin played junior and senior hockey in Canada and represented Hong Kong internationally at the IIHF World Championships, Olympic Qualifiers, and the Asian Winter Games.

Dr. Kelly uses an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to care. He is able to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions in all regions of the body. He values the benefits of manual care but understands the importance of rehabilitation so that the probability of injury reoccurrence can be greatly reduced. Xavier was born and raised in London Ontario; his educational journey began at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish Nova Scotia where he received a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics in 2021. This is where Xavier found his passion for rehabilitation sciences as he was the student athletic trainer for the baseball, basketball, and hockey teams. Xavier continued his education at Queens University in Kingston Ontario, where he completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2024. Xavier completed many courses in musculoskeletal injuries, manual therapy, neurological, and complex conditions, as well as various clinical placements expanding his repertoire in physical therapy. Xavier is passionate about rehabilitation and physical therapy and applies a holistic evidence-based and exercise-based approach to his treatment. Xavier uses a client-centered approach to his treatment plans, which are individually designed to specifically get his clients back to what they love doing most. Xavier’s interests outside of work include being outdoors, getting together with friends, volunteering as an assistant hockey coach and has a great passion for sport, specifically hockey, baseball, and golf.

Dr. Greg Lyle was born and raised in St. Thomas and now helps the community that raised him be a healthier place through evidence-based chiropractic care.

Playing a wide variety of sports growing up, predominantly hockey and soccer, Dr. Lyle understands the importance of maintaining proper biomechanics in not only athletic scenarios but also everyday movement.

Dr. Lyle believes everyone can benefit from chiropractic care, whether it be through preventative care, to reduce pain or to optimize movement efficiency in athletes.

Dr. Lyle acquired his undergraduate degrees from Brock University in 2016 and his chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2020. He now spends his time away from the clinic playing hockey, playing golf and enjoys spending time with his fiancé, his family and friends.
