Dr. Stephanie Douglas is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario where she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree with Specialization in Kinesiology. She then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree while also graduating magna cum laude and receiving honours in her clinical year.
Dr. Douglas was born and raised in Chatham, ON. She was involved in a multitude of sports and activities throughout her adolescence which sparked her passion for the human body, its anatomy, mechanics and ultimate resilience. She remains an active individual today, who finds great value in moving her body daily and finding new (and fun!) ways to sweat. She has a genuine passion for education, and truly believes this to be an integral part of patient care.
Dr. Douglas is able to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions in all regions of the body using an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. She focuses on high quality assessments to render diagnoses and communicate personalized treatment solutions to her patients. She is determined on finding the root of the problem, to fully address and correct her patients’ complaints. Dr. Douglas is also an advocate for rehabilitative exercises and integrating a proactive approach to prevent future injury. She uses a diverse range of treatment techniques, including chiropractic adjustments and mobilizations, athletic taping, soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, ergonomic assessments, rehabilitative exercises and education.
Dr. Douglas truly values the promotion of health and wellness by leading a healthy lifestyle through wholesome nutrition, consistent movement, sleep and mental health. Her favourite methods of physical activity include hiking, running, circuit training and playing volleyball. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and playing with her golden lab, Max.

Dr. Greg Lyle was born and raised in St. Thomas and now helps the community that raised him be a healthier place through evidence-based chiropractic care.
Playing a wide variety of sports growing up, predominantly hockey and soccer, Dr. Lyle understands the importance of maintaining proper biomechanics in not only athletic scenarios but also everyday movement.
Dr. Lyle believes everyone can benefit from chiropractic care, whether it be through preventative care, to reduce pain or to optimize movement efficiency in athletes.
Dr. Lyle acquired his undergraduate degrees from Brock University in 2016 and his chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2020. He now spends his time away from the clinic playing hockey, playing golf and enjoys spending time with his fiancé, his family and friends.
Dr. Kelly uses an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to care. He is able to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions in all regions of the body. He values the benefits of manual care but understands the importance of rehabilitation so that the probability of injury reoccurrence can be greatly reduced. Rehab exercises are included in all treatment plans to promote stability and controlled movements in an increased range of motion. Dr. Kelly is also an acupuncture provider.
